FAC Chemotherapy
 
 
What is FAC?

FAC consists of third weekly intravenous injections of three cytotoxic drugs:

  • 5-Fluorouracil

  • Adriamycin

  • Cyclophosphamide





Side-effects of FAC

These are very similar to those for AC, except that the risk of infections due to low white blood cell count is a little higher.
